Custom Short Cover Built for a Ski Nautique

This is a custom short cover we built for a Ski Nautique. Short covers are designed to protect the cockpit and interior without covering the entire hull. The material we used is water repellent and built to handle the elements. We also built in vents - and that detail matters more than people realize. Without venting, moisture gets trapped underneath and has nowhere to go. That leads to mildew, odors, and interior damage over time. The vents keep air moving so things stay dry between trips.

The fit on a cover like this has to be right. Too loose and it catches wind, flaps around, and eventually comes off. Too tight and it strains at the seams. We cut and stitch every cover to the specific boat, so it lays the way it should and stays put.
