Custom Pontoon Console Fabrication with Front Grab Bars

Not every boat works with an off-the-shelf solution. This pontoon came to us with a console setup that wouldn't accommodate a standard configuration - so we built something from scratch that actually fit the boat and the customer's needs.

The aluminum fabrication work on the console is the centerpiece here. Clean, consistent welds running the full perimeter, a Lowrance mount integrated right into the top, and cup holders built into each side. Everything purpose-built. Nothing forced or retrofitted with parts that don't belong.

We also added front grab bars - two polished aluminum poles mounted at the bow. That detail matters more than people realize. Getting on and off a pontoon, especially for a disabled veteran, can be tricky. Having something solid to grab changes the whole experience. It's a small addition that makes a real difference in day-to-day use on the water.

This kind of work is what custom marine fabrication is really about. It's not always a dramatic overhaul. Sometimes it's solving a specific problem, adding the right feature in the right place, and making sure the end result holds up to real use out on the water.
