A leaning post is one of those upgrades that sounds simple until you actually have one built right. Then you realize how much of a difference it makes on a full day of fishing. This one came together with everything you'd want - comfortable padded seating, built-in rod holders, stainless cup holders, and hidden storage underneath the seat cushion.
That storage compartment is a detail worth talking about. The lid lifts to reveal a clean, full-length compartment built right into the body of the post. No bolted-on afterthought. It's integrated into the structure, which keeps the whole thing looking sharp and keeps your gear organized without cluttering up the cockpit.
The white powder-coat finish on the frame is there for a reason. Marine environments are brutal - saltwater, UV, constant moisture. Powder coating holds up where paint fails, and it keeps the post looking clean after years of hard use. Paired with the bright white upholstered cushions and stainless hardware, the whole build has a finished, professional look that holds its own on any boat.
We built this with the angler in mind. Four rod holders across the front face, two stainless cup holders on the sides, padded seat and backrest for long days at the helm - every feature serves a purpose. Nothing is there just to look good, though it does look good. That's the standard we hold ourselves to on every build.
