Center consoles are great boats, but they leave a lot of the bow area exposed. If you spend full days on the water, that sun adds up fast. A T-top covers the helm well enough, but everyone up front is pretty much on their own.

That's exactly the problem we solved here. We fabricated and installed a custom front shade extension off the T-top, using a dedicated support pole to carry the canopy forward over the bow area. It's a clean, purpose-built solution that fits the boat instead of looking like an afterthought.

The fabric we used is a dark marine-grade material tensioned tight between the T-top and the forward support pole. No sagging, no flapping around at speed. The hardware is solid and the attachment points are done right - this setup is meant to hold up on the water, not just look good in the driveway.

What makes this kind of work worthwhile is how much it changes the experience on the boat. More covered space means more people comfortable, longer days, and less of that worn-out feeling you get after hours in direct sun. It's one of those upgrades that's hard to go back from once you have it.

Every center console is laid out a little differently, so this isn't something you can just order off a shelf and bolt on. It has to be measured, fabricated, and fitted to the specific boat. That's what custom marine canvas work is all about - solving the problem the right way for your setup.
